Good morning Fred

I would like to take a moment of your time to express our gratitude and respect for Wendy Booth. About 30 days ago I called Wendy to see if she could help my husband and I find a condo in the Dover/Portsmouth area. She was very quick to accommodate us, set us up with the MLSPulse site and the journey began. Within days she took me to look at 7 places. Her professional and light hearted personality along with her vast knowledge of the area and real estate made every step a pleasure. As with most real estate transactions, there are challenges. Wendy has made the entire experience a positive and memorable one. She has been quick to respond by phone or email every step of the way. She has also provided great advice! She has taken the time to know us and what we want and has done everything in her power to be accommodating!

She found the perfect place in less than 2 weeks and sold our place in a month. While reflecting on prior transaction, where we have sold and purchased a new place about every 5 years, this was a rare treat for us!
